David Wilkinson is a practicing GP with a special interest in skin cancer and a specialist in public health medicine.
He led the development of the University of Queensland Master of Medicine (Skin Cancer) program and holds an award for excellence in teaching and learning from the Carrick Institute, Australia's highest such award. |

A/Professor Hamish Foster
Hamish Foster has special interests and expertise in cancer surgery, trauma, tropical and military surgery. He served with the Royal Australian Navy in Vietnam, the Pacific, Bouganville, the Persian Gulf, Aceh and the Solomons. Hamish has a long association with the Newcastle Melanoma Unit and management of patients with nonmelanoma skin cancer and has contributed chapters to the Oxford Textbook of Surgery. |

Dr Simon Clark MBChB FRCPA
Specialist Histopathologist and Dermatopathologist Honorary Senior Lecturer University of Queensland, Australia Simon Clark has over 20 years of experience in dermatopathology education, training registrars in dermatology, pathology and plastic surgery and more recently in GP education. He is author of many pathology papers in peer reviewed journals, holds a fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australia and is a member of the International Society of Dermatopathology. |

Mr Paul Elmslie MBA AFCHSE FAIM
is the Managing Director of HealthCert Pty Ltd and has a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is also a member of the International Dermoscopy Society and International Society of Teledermatology. His background in skin cancer business management and workflow efficiency is a culmination of his experience in Co-founding and as the CEO of Australia's 3rd largest chain of skin cancer clinics and his subsequent consultancy business assisting general practices across Australia. He has been building and developing skin cancer education and training for primary care doctors and nurses for the past 5 years and has assisted in the development of the University of Queensland's Primary Care Skin Cancer Medicine Unit Certificate Courses. His passion is assisting GPs and nurses to develop systems that give them the skills and structures to provide the best, most comprehensive skin cancer service for their patients whilst understanding patient expectations and the regulatory environment of Medicare Australia and medico-legal insurance. |
